Unified Compliance is Providing an API to GRC Software Partners

Since 1992, Unified Compliance has developed ground-breaking tools to support IT best practices with a focus on solutions and processes that further the science of compliance, including harmonization methods, metrics, systems continuity and governance. The Unified Compliance Framework (UCF) was created by Dorian Cougias and his research partner, Marcelo Halpern of the international law firm Perkins Coie, which oversees all legal aspects of the UCF.

Twice honored with a GRC Innovation Award for Technical Innovation in Regulatory Intelligence for Compliance Management by independent governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) analyst firm GRC 20/20 Research, the UCF provides targeted, harmonized research on what an organization needs to do — and not do — to achieve and maintain compliance with industry, government, and best practice demands.

The UCF’s SaaS portal, the Common Controls Hub™, was specifically designed to enable users to easily retrieve needed data from the UCF’s massive data repository of more than 200,000 individual mandates from 800+ regulations and laws from around the world. Customers may automatically compile custom, harmonized control lists in minutes by vertical industries, market segments, and geographies and create instant gap/overlap analyses to drastically reduce audit requirements.

Maclear’s eGRC Suite

Maclear is a GRC software company that has developed the eGRC Suite to help companies meet the challenges of virtually constant changes in the regulatory environment.

Using the CCH API, Maclear’s unique risk calculator will allow for the creation of a residual risk calculation for a process or asset.  In addition, the integration will streamline Controls compliance by measuring compliance across multiple mandates and applying the results to other regulations where that particular Control is used.  eGRC Suite users will enjoy an efficient business-reporting style dashboard that will make the new integration work seamlessly.

Join Us for a Joint Webinar

Craig Isaacs, Unified Compliance CEO, and Ketan Dholakia, Maclear Managing Partner will present the free one-hour webinar.

You’ll be treated to a brief demo of the CCH and the content it contains.  Then, you’ll see an overview of eGRC Suite features, how the UCC content is accessible to its users, and just what that means to you as a compliance professional.

If you’re using Maclear now or if you’ve been evaluating integrated GRC solutions and you want to see how the CCH integration will benefit you, please join us for a stimulating hour on April 12, 2017 at 8 a.m. PDT, 11 a.m. EDT.
